In House Training-English knowledge and oral level training
In order to improve the staff's business ability and external communication level, the company conducts regular internal training for all employees.
Including: Product Knowledge Training, Business Key Process Training, English knowledge and oral level training and Registration Knowledge Training.
Since September, we have successively carried out a training course on pests and diseases and registration knowledge, as well as a second-phase oral English training. All the staff of the company, especially all business personnel, actively participated in the training and started discussions. Internal training is improving the staff business. Both capabilities and team cohesion have played a positive role.
